My journey with fitness began at the age of 14 when I started lifting weights alongside my dad. Growing up, I was an athlete in multiple sports, including hockey, baseball, soccer, and football. The gym quickly became a place where I found confidence, enhanced my athletic performance, and gained an outlet for life’s challenges.
My passion for human performance led me to pursue both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Tampa. There, I had the incredible opportunity to work at the Human Performance Lab, running studies focused on muscle hypertrophy, strength, and overall performance. This experience deepened my understanding of how the body responds to training and fueled my desire to help others reach their full potential.
While in college, I also worked under the head strength and conditioning coach, where I honed my coaching skills by working directly with athletes and teams. Since then, I’ve spent over 15 years coaching and have helped hundreds of individuals achieve their health, performance, and movement goals.
Whether it’s helping someone move pain-free or improving their overall fitness and strength, I’m driven by the impact I can make through coaching. With a passion for applying proven techniques and my years of hands-on experience, I aim to help every client find their best version of themselves—both physically and mentally.
